How does the Sneaker Box work?
The Sneaker Box is carefully curated by our team to offer the best value and quality in every box. We do the hard work, scouring the internet and retail stores to find the perfect items. Simply provide your relevant sizes, and we'll handle the rest, ensuring you receive top-quality sneakers and goodies tailored just for you.
Can I choose my own sneakers?
Not exactly, but you can tell us your size, preferred colours, and style (e.g., sporty, classic, neutral, bold). We curate your pair based on what you love, what’s trending, and what’s available.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes for men, women, and kids.
When ordering, you’ll be asked for your shoe size and clothing size.
When is the deadline to order?
Order before March 20 to secure your box.
Early orders help us guarantee sizes and availability for premium sneakers.
Orders after March 20 will incur a $10,000 late fee.
When will I receive my Sneaker Box?
Your box will be ready before Easter Sunday.
We’ll contact you directly to arrange pickup or delivery.
Can I request a specific brand?
You may request a preference (e.g., Jordan, Nike, New Balance, Adidas, Puma etc).
We can’t guarantee every request, but we always do our best.
What about clothing sizes?
We accommodate sizes ranging from XS to 5XL.
You’ll be asked for both top and bottom sizes (for box that includes bottom).
Are the items original?
Yes, everything is authentic.
All items are new and brand-name.
Can I buy multiple boxes?
Of course. There's no limit to order quantity.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within Georgetown and nearby areas.
For customers outside Georgetown, we can make arrangements once we know your location.
